Yeah my luck at TWS continues to be bad.
5 years ago, I got about 1/2 of a session (4 runs) in green. This year I got about 1/4 of session (2 runs) in blue. I just checked my incar videos. I ran a 2:15 and a 2:14 on my last two laps before the engine sprung a leak. So far the cams look okay. I'll do a leakdown test tonight and I'll know more.

Speeds were down, but there was still plenty of room to get setup for T6 and the long back straight. The last session of the day was the best. Everything came together nicely. Eric, Ryan and I spent the session horsing around with each other. When we were finished, we were all jumping around, laughing and hugging each other - you would of thought we had just won Le Mans. Plus I was nervous about exceeding the limits of the S4 and wrecking. Sunday when I moved to the slower blue run group the pressure came off and eventually I said "screw it" and started to explore the limits of the S4. I was pleasantly surprised (even though it is a understeering pig)! LOL A 2:15 is a respectable time for a stock car running street tires. I will definitely miss my yellow bomber. ![]()
